The Prairie Lily can also accommodate group bookings – corporate, family, or any group.
We are now taking group bookings for 25 people or more. If you would like to make a booking, please call Joan at 306-955-5459, extension 3, or email office@theprairielily.com to discuss your meeting requirements.
Please note: We’re sorry, but we cannot accommodate weddings on The Prairie Lily.
If you are interested in booking The Prairie Lily for groups, the following should provide some initial information for you. Prices are for summer 2025 and are subject to change.

If you have a semi-private booking for up to 52 people, we will have your group start on one of the two decks together. Halfway through the cruise, we will switch the entire group to the other deck. We do not rent either deck exclusively.

The Prairie Lily is pleased to welcome Flavours Catering as our catering partner. Chef Kevin Kwan is a highly talented and experienced professional, able to design a meal that suits your taste. From a Prime Rib Roast to Chicken Bellagio to Grilled Rack of Lamb, you have many options to choose from.
Pricing ranges from $37-47 per person, in addition to the cruise fee as noted. You are able to select a single, three course meal for your group to enjoy that includes a starter salad, bun, entrée, starch, vegetable, and dessert. Individual selections are not available except in the instance of dietary restrictions.
Gratuities and taxes are additional as are other non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages.

Between the outstanding buffet, omelette station, and the tranquil river, it is truly a cruise you do not want to miss! It is served exclusively in the lower dining cabins and you will be welcome to move to the upper deck after your meal.

Appetizer cruises are typically on our 6:30 pm departure and are always exclusive bookings. The cruise is 1.5 hours and returns to the dock at 8:00 pm. Our most popular Appetizer selection is meal sized and well priced at $37 per person.
Gratuities and taxes are additional as are alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Menus are available upon request.
Ship Capacity
The Captain’s Lounge is the back dining cabin on the Main Deck of the Prairie Lily and seats up to 30 people. The forward Saskatoon Lounge on the Main Deck can also seat up to 30 people. Combined, 52 seated guests (mirroring our upper deck limit) are welcome to enjoy a dinner cruise. Please note, dinner is not served on the upper deck.
The upper deck of the Prairie Lily has a canopy and open seating. We can welcome up to 52 passengers “up top”. Our Stewards will make arrangements for guests in the main dining cabins to head upstairs and enjoy the weather and fresh air after dinner.
From there, mix and match according to your need! We are registered to carry up to 119 passengers. Cocktail cruises or just a cruise for your group can all be accommodated. You are welcome to the cabins or all of the Prairie Lily. We apologize, but we cannot rent the upper deck exclusively – all our passengers like to enjoy it!
PLEASE NOTE: Renting one or both cabins for your guests does not translate into a rental of the complete ship. We reserve the right to sell additional seats to other passengers while respecting your event as a private function.
