The Prairie Lily gift certificates are the perfect gift idea for birthdays, anniversaries, special occasions, Christmas, and more! You can purchase certificates in denominations of $25 – $200 in $25 increments to be applied to any Prairie Lily ticket. Purchase them any time online and include a personalized message.

Once you complete your order, you will be emailed a downloadable/printable certificate to present to the person or people you wish to treat to the Prairie Lily. It will let them know what their gift is and how to redeem it.

If you prefer to call our office, you are welcome to do so. We can mail your gift certificates to include in a card for presentation of your own.

Delivery of Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates ordered online are not shipped or mailed. Your certificate(s) and your receipt will be emailed to you. The Gift Certificate will be a pdf file you need to open and print.

*Q: What happens if there is a balance left on the gift certificate?
When a gift certificate redeemed for less than its full value, the balance remains available to use. This can be applied to another cruise or drinks (non-alcoholic or alcoholic) or snacks when on board.

Q: Is there anything else holders of gift certificates should know?
Yes! Gift certificates:

1. Do not expire 
2. Cannot be refunded, even it if it lost or stolen (so be sure to use it!)
3. Have a unique code to use for redemption. Gift certificates are redeemable by anyone who has access to the gift certificate code, so the purchaser and recipient are responsible for keeping the gift certificate code secure.
4. The recipient must accept the policies associated with the cruise at the time they redeem the gift certificate.
5. Are not available for persons under two years old. They board free!

In addition, please know that:

1. *Cruise prices are subject to change without notice.
2. A Gift Certificate is not a ticket for a cruise. You must make a booking and redeem the Gift Certificate for a ticket.
3. GST and PST are applied to ALL cruises.
4. No cash back.
5. All prices are in Canadian dollars.
